TL;DR
Your tier lists live in your browser, not on our servers. We don't track you, don't sell your data and don't feed it to AI. The few things we do keep — a language cookie, an anonymous purchase record if you buy Pro, and ad-network cookies if you're a Free user — are listed below in plain English.
What we collect
We try to keep this list embarrassingly short:
- Your tier lists (titles, items, images, notes) are stored in your browser's localStorage and IndexedDB. They never reach our servers — there is no account and no upload.
- One small cookie named sotierlist-locale that remembers the language you picked. Valid for a year, deletable anytime.
- If you're on the Free plan, Google AdSense may set its own cookies to show relevant ads. Pro users see no ads and we set nothing on their behalf.
- If you buy Pro, Stripe stores your payment method and we keep a record of the transaction (email, amount, country) for accounting and refunds.
What we don't do
Because it's faster to list what we never do:
- No analytics fingerprinting, no session recording, no third-party tracking pixels on the editor.
- We don't sell or rent your data. Not now, not ever.
- We don't use your tier lists, items, images or notes to train AI models.
Your rights
Under GDPR, LGPD and similar laws, you can ask us to show, correct or delete any data we have about you. Since most of your data is on your own device, you can also just clear your browser storage and it's gone. For anything we do hold (Pro purchase records), email us.
